Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the global shortage in sourcing alcohol, the B.M. Group utilized an alternate contract manufacturer that uses acceptable technical grade ethanol, used in this product. Ethanol has a characteristic alcohol smell and for this reason, a lemon-scented essential oil has been added to the product for fragrance. This smell may vary batch to batch. B.M. Group has followed Health Canada’s label requirements for sale and is not subject to any recall activities that are currently affecting other health products using technical grade alcohol. BM-1300 is considered a cosmetic product and authorized with Health Canada as an Antibacterial Emollient Hand Gel.
