Ginger Essential Oil is particularly effective for treating nausea due to motion sickness and morning sickness. To relieve nausea, place two drops of Ginger Essential Oil on a tissue and inhale; the feeling should subside quickly.
To relieve morning or travel sickness, place 2 drops Essential Oil on a tissue and inhale.
