Know Your Body Best ships via Purolator and Canada Post. Both Purolator and Canada Post may require a signature upon delivery of your product. If you are not available to sign for your delivery, please indicate this in the comment section area on the order at check out. Shipping costs are measured by weight, volume, and shipping distance. Stationary and Electric Tables orders are by shipping quote only and may be delivered by other methods.
Know Your Body Best will not be liable for damages through any transportation arrangements, once items have been shipped or picked up from our location or shipped directly to customers through suppliers.
Shipping Options and Charges
Currently, Know Your Body Best ships to all Canadian provinces and all 50 U.S. states. Additional International orders are handled separately by customer service.
Shipping rates to all Canadian and United States locations are calculated automatically by Know Your Body Best during the checkout process. The shipping charge is determined by calculating the weight, size, and destination of your order. All orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario Canada unless specifically stated by customer service.
When you place your order online with Know Your Body Best your credit card will be charged when the order is placed. If the order is canceled for any reason, Know Your Body Best will process the credit within one business day. The time it takes for the credit to show up on your statement depends on the issuer of the card. You will be notified by email of any back orders.
All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions. Orders placed at Know Your Body Best by noon eastern standard time, Monday to Friday, will be shipped the same day if products are in stock. Any order placed after 12 pm eastern time will be shipping the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Know Your Body Best strives to ensure all shipments are sent to you in perfect condition. If, after receiving your order a product is found to be defective, you have a maximum of 7 days after the date received to contact our Returns Department. firstname.lastname@example.org
If you find yourself having to return a damaged or incorrect product, please follow the following steps.
• Call our office for a “Return Goods Authorization number” (RGA)
• Write the RGA number clearly on the outside of package.
• Please include a copy of invoice with the returned product.
• We reserve the right to received and inspected the parcel before a replacement will be sent immediately.
• Please send photos of your damaged parcel for immediate reshipment consideration.
• If a refund is required, this will be done on the credit card / debit card that was used on the original order.
Delivery return charges:
• Charges and the legal risks for products returned are responsibility of the customer unless the return is Know Your Body Best’s responsibility. Then, this will be taken care off by Know Your Body Best.
• Know Your Body Best has the right to choose a delivery service of their choice
Know Your Body Best reserves the right to refuse any return if:
• The items has been removed from the original packaging
• Appears to be soiled, worn or used
• Arrives in the warehouse after the 15 day period has expired
No returns are considered for the following items:
• Custom Ordered Massage Tables
• Oils, Lotions, Cremes, Gels
• Bath Products, Pillows, Books
• Washed linens
Please include a copy of your original shipping invoice, with the RGA “returned goods authorization number” given to you by a customer service representative email@example.com phone (1-800-881-1681) the RGA # clearly written on outside of the box.
If the product is found to be defective,
- The product will be exchanged for the same product from our inventory, or a refund made payable by the method of original purchase.
Know Your Body Best reserves the right to choose a delivery service of our choice to ensure that the package is insured against loss or damage.
Return of Goods no longer wanted
- A handling and restocking charge of 15% may be applied.
- Delivery cost for the return of general goods is the customer’s responsibility.
