Refunds, Returns, Damaged Products
If you find yourself having to return a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us right away to see how we can remedy the situation ASAP.
When a product return is required, fill out the following form to generate a Returning Goods Authorization number (RGA). Please note, you will receive your RGA number via email from email@example.com.
Once you have your RGA number,
- Please write the number clearly on the outside of the package
- Please include a copy of the invoice with the returned product.
We reserve the right to request digital damage photos and or receive and inspect the parcel before a replacement will be sent immediately. Please use the file upload field to send a photo of your damaged parcel for immediate reshipment consideration.
