Our standard shipping rate on orders under $250 is $12.50 (unless weight, size or location is a factor). Standard shipping is provided by Purolator or Canada Post Expedited Service. *unless weight or size is a factor or the product is shipping to a remote location. If this is the case, a customer service representative will contact you to confirm the shipping cost prior to your shipment. Larger items ship via surface freight.
Know Your Body Best only provides shipping within Canada at this time.

Minimum Order

There is no Minimum Order Policy at Know Your Body Best. However, see our minimum freight charge of $12.50 noted above and below.

Pickup Orders

  1. Online orders can be picked-up on a pre-paid basis only.
  2. Allow us 48 hours to have your ready for you.
  3. Customers will receive an e-mail confirmation of the date and time for pick-up.
  4. Add-ons at pick-up time, will be treated as a new order. Separate payment is required.
How long will I wait for my order?
  • Our delivery time is between 2 and 10 days to all provinces.
  • If you need to receive your order on a particular date, please contact us before placing an order.
  • Our delivery estimates are based on several factors, including product source and delivery location.
  • We try our best to be as accurate as possible. Our estimated times are for in-stock items only.
  • We may ship orders via FedEx, Canpar, Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. We reserve the right to select the courier of our choice at this time.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • We quote ground shipping delivery costs on all orders.
  • Backordered items may have a 2-8 week lead time. We will keep you updated on the status of your order.
  • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm local time (excluding statutory holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12 pm on Fridays will not be processed until the following business day.
Missing Parcels
  • If you have not received your order within 7 days, and you have not received a back order notification from KYBB, please contact us immediately.
  • We are not responsible for shipments reported lost more than 30 days after the date of purchase.
  • Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized products, as they are shipped via surface freight.
  • Please note that larger shipments made by common carrier will require a signed acknowledgment of receipt.
  • Occasionally, smaller shipments may be left at your door.

KYBB welcomes non-healthcare professionals to order from our website. However, we strongly recommend that you consult with your healthcare provider (physiotherapist, chiropractor, physician, doctor or massage therapist) first. KYBB is a third party source (supplier) and is unable to offer any product recommendations, medical diagnosis or therapeutic advice to the general public. Due to the manufacturing agreement, some clinical analgesic products are to be exclusively used for Healthcare Professionals.

Return Policy and Price Commitment

Know Your Body Best has a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. We strive to insure all shipments are sent to you in perfect condition. Products* can be returned to KYBB within 7 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund (less shipping charges). Call our office at 1-800-881-1681 or fill out our form to initiate a “Return Goods Authorization number” (RGA).


Please note that the following products are perishable, subject to temperature, storage conditions and or are sanitary items. Therefore, these items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No exceptions.

  • All sample products
  • All liquid products, including, but not limited to: oils, lotions, crèmes, or bath products
  • Essential Oils
  • Products on final sale or liquidation
  • All Pail size products of 20 kg or greater
  • All unsealed organic products

Damaged in Shipping

Regardless of where you live, if your order arrived damaged during the shipping process, please provide photos, so we can asses and rectify the situation ASAP!

You ordered the wrong item!

We all make mistakes. Products (other than non returnables-listed above) can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment for full refund. Shipping charges not included. Products must be intact and in original package.

Subjective Returns (you just don’t want it)

All subjective returns can be returned unused within 7 days.  Subjective returns (where there has been no mistake on the part of KYBB) may be assessed a 20% restocking fee, or a minimum of $15, whichever is greater.

Defective Products

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product for replacement or full refund, whichever you would prefer.

Quality Related Issues “Defective Goods”

Defective products will be exchanged/replaced immediately for the same product. Know Your Body Best will help you make a claim to the manufacturer on your behalf.

Our in house and supplier retained samples will serve as the benchmark for quality related issues. In other words, if the retained samples have no quality issues, no returns will be considered.
Know Your Body Best reserves the right to refuse any return if the product(s) has (have) been

  • Removed from the original packaging.
  • Appears to be soiled, worn or used in any way.
  • Arrives in our office without a returned goods authorization number.
Restocking Fees

Know Your Body Best reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of not more than 20%.

Notes about Oils, Lotions, Gels

Transporters do not heat trucks during winter, nor refrigerate them in summer. This will not harm the integrity of the product. Simply leave the product at room temperature for 24 hours before opening. Occasionally, stirring the product before use will be required to regain its consistency.

KYBB Picking and Shipping Errors

If an error has been made by us, we will gladly pay for re-shipment of your goods. Our liability is limited to your original cost of goods or replacement of goods as well as all shipping costs. All errors, arising from miscommunication or misinformation entered online will be the sole responsibility of the customer and as a result, are accountable for return freight.

How to Return Goods to KYBB

Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return shipment. Include the RGA “returned goods authorization number” given to you by a customer service representative. Phone 1-416 367 3744.

Please write the RGA # clearly  on outside of box. All Canadian returns are to be sent to our Canadian Warehouse for assessment. The statement ‘Goods Returning’ must be on all packages. All returns must be shipped by ground Postal Service. If returned by any other shipping method, customers will be responsible for any surplus charges.


Refunds are made payable by method of original purchase to you. However, if the original invoice payment was paid with cash, a Know Your Body Best a cheque will be forwarded (minus shipping costs). Credit notes will not be issued.

There are no refunds on return freight for subjective returns. Refunds or cheques for any reason are usually processed within 48 hours however KYBB reserves the right to take up to 5 business days to process. Your refund may take up to 8-10 business days for your financial institution before a refund appears on your statement.

Refunds will be processed Mondays to Fridays. We regret we are unable to process a refund on the weekends, in-house or online.

Price Commitment

KYBB updates our website on a daily basis. Due to fluctuating currencies, our price commitment is limited to the date on which the order was placed. At all times, prices are effective on the date of your order only. Discounts or coupons that were not valid on the date of your order, cannot be applied later.

Professional Pricing

Know Your Body Best offers everyday professional pricing to the Wellness Trade. Products are discounted by volume and qty. Buy More and Save Pricing is the standard. KYBB offers a B to B trade portal to volume buyers who are “On Account” for ease of regular reordering.

Professional Discounts and Key Accounts

Additions and Deletions Online

Please note, once an online order has been confirmed, we cannot accept any additions or deletions. Additions will be treated as a new order with all applicable guidelines.

Loyalty Points

If you have collected KYBB loyalty points in the past, they can be redeemed at any time. Every $1.00 spent on all regular price items equals 1 point. Contact our accounting for an update of your accumulated past points. Points over 100 can be redeemed at any time.

Point Redemption Levels & Dollar Value is set to 1.5 % per 100 points
