The Body Cushion Adjustable Large Wedge can be used in a varieties of positions during massage therapy and other treatments in physio and chiropractic clinics.

Use it to elevate the pelvis for increased spinal decompression. This will allow elevation for larger frames.

For your pregnant clients the large wedge can be placed longitudinally under the sides of the Body Cushion Chest and Pelvic. This helps create more depth for the abdominal recess. This allows more space for the pregnant uterus during massage.

The wedge cushion can also work as an armrest during supine positioning.
