Achieve deep relaxation with Hot-Stone Massage. These smooth stones are selected for their natural ability to remain at a specific temperature over a long time. They can be heated or cooled, as needed, and then placed carefully on the body to induce relaxation and relieve muscle pain.
Hot & Cold stones may be made from basalt, marble, jade, or other material, and polished for an extremely smooth feel against the skin. All of those materials are naturally dense and don't cool down (or heat up) quickly.
